National Pipeline Reserve LLC owns pipeline assets Minnesota and provides consulting and due diligence services for pipeline acquisitions and routing using existing infrastructure.  NPLR has an extensive and unparalleled database of pipeline routing records dating back to the early 1900s.

Mid-Continent Producer & Pipeline Services was formed in 2003 and all pipeline, physical and intellectual assets were transitioned to National Pipeline Reserve LLC in 2007.

Hensley Drilling was acquired in 2003 and all equipment assets were sold in 2007-2008.  The remaining intellectual assets and records are owned by Onyx Energy America LLC.
